Totally Terrible Things on Tuesday
- Job interview turned out not to be so good. The interview part was okay. I just can't be a door to door vacuum cleaner seller.
- Visit with the neurologist went well...nowhere. He saw me, did a bunch of neurological 'things' and nothing stood out to him so now I go for an MRI and an MRA.
- I have no idea what an MRA is.
- I am not ready for hot. To me hot is anything over 80. It is supposed to be 80 on Friday.
- Something tells me that after tomorrow's MRI they will just come back and tell me I have a severe sinus infection of the sinus cavity that is deep in the brain. (btdt at least twice...first one was discovered after I kept passing out and was discovered by a CAT scan (I had one at the emergency room and was told they didn't see anything amiss) the next time was when I was pregnant with Samuel and kept getting increasingly worse headaches. They did an MRI because I was still in my first trimester so the x-ray tech would not do an x-ray.)
- Why is it so hard for doctors to find/see my sinus issues?
- Mosquito hawks. Hate them as they signal time for summer and air conditioning.
- The weather the last few days has been awesome! I wish it would stay like this for at least a month!
- I put my hummingbird feeders out this afternoon.
- A little afternoon delight was 7 times good. (*wink wink nudge nudge*)
- Jordan is doing exceptionally well in his classes for this six weeks and actually has a current average in English of a 103.
- He practices his saxophone for 30 minutes every afternoon and he studies for the geography bee for at least 30 minutes, too.
- He is also riding the teen angst emotional roller coaster. Today he came home from school talking about how his voice is changing. He knows this because there is a certain high pitched noise that he used to make that drove me nuts as it sounded a lot like Baron does when he hurts himself. And then, I got to listen to him trying to make that noise again. I must say that is not a noise that I will be missing.
- Heh, during the winter the birds kicked a LOT of seed off of the feeder and it all fell into a puddle at the base of the shepherds hook. I moved the hook last week. This week all of those seeds have germinated. The grass/weeds/whatever are taller than Darcy.
- Speaking of Darcy, I saw her out there grazing on that nice green luscious grass earlier today.
- Even though life is stressful right now. I am happy.
